One specification here does more work than all the others: every piece is cut to fit a cushion between 1.97 and 7.87 inches thick. Stretch covers usually fail on deep seats, where the fabric runs out of give at the sides and pulls off the corners within a day. Check your cushion depth against that span before anything else, then match the width and length to the seat, the chaise or the backrest you want wrapped.
Ice silk is cool to the touch and tightly woven, so it forms a continuous barrier over the cushion rather than a layer with gaps at the seams. Fur does not work into it, claw marks meet a tear-resistant weave, and accidents stay on the surface long enough to be caught. It also breathes, which matters if there are two dogs and a sofa that already runs warm by evening.
The stretch is what makes it look fitted rather than draped: pull it over the cushion, work the edges under, and it holds the shape of the seat including the corners and the front edge. Pieces are sold separately, so a chaise can be covered without buying a full set and a single seat can be replaced on its own. A matching 45 by 45 cm pillow cover is available, and every piece is light enough to strip off and machine wash without a struggle.
