Every size in this range is 70.87 inches wide, then runs from 70.87 up to 149.61 inches long. Those proportions matter: this is drape sizing, not panel sizing. The fabric goes over the back of the sofa, across the seat and down the front in one continuous piece, with enough to tuck into the creases, rather than sitting as a rectangle on the cushions alone.
Ice silk is a smooth, cool-to-the-touch fabric, and the smoothness is what makes it practical around animals. Fur has very little to grip, so it gathers on the surface and lifts away instead of being worked into a nap, and spills sit on top long enough to be caught. Because the weave breathes, the sofa does not turn into the warmest seat in the house in August, which is the usual complaint about heavy covers in a home where the dog already runs hot.
Measure across the sofa the way the fabric will travel, from the back of the frame down over the seat to the front edge, then along the length, and choose the size that gives you a little extra for tucking. The material has enough give to be pulled into shape by hand and stays where it is put once the slack is pushed into the seat creases. It is machine washable and resists wrinkling, so it can go straight back on rather than needing to be pressed.
